Hotels (Guest Stay) should come under city limits, for which the KM is calculated.
Driving time : If the vehicle starts before 7 am & after 8 pm, extra driver allowances Rs. 300/- paid directly to driver.

Additional Cost:

• Kms and Timings are calculated from our office to office.
• Our quote includes vehicle hire charges, fuel charges, driver allowance, permit, parking, toll & Inter-state entry taxes.
• The rate which is quoted is based on the local & on the way sightseeing, extra KM or services will be charged in additional.
• List minute cancellation full booking amount will be charged , in case of no show in between full booking amount will be charged.

Kindly Note:

• On hilly areas ac will be switched off.
• Drinking alcohol or smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
• Vehicle & Price are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
• Trip sheet should be filled by customer no disputes are entertained.
• As time permits all sightseeing can be covered nor the company is not responsible.
• Driver Detail of taxi will be send by SMS / mail before 05 Hour of actual pickup time.
• Sightseeing missed subject to weather, political & traffic conditions is non-refundable.

• If there is any steep increase in Fuel prices, there will be an aprorate increase in the rates quoted.
• Standing AC will not be allowed in Vehicle i.e. Simply availing Ac inside the vehicle without travelling.
• On no account driver on force asked to go on speed beyond the normal speed allowed by the Indian Motor Vehicles ACT.
