  • Hotels (Guest Stay) must be within city limits, for which the distance (KM) is calculated.
  • If the vehicle is used before 8:00 AM & after 8:00 PM, additional driver allowance of Rs.400 must be paid directly to the driver).
  • Vehicle & price are subject to availability at the time of confirmation.
  • Inclusions:

    • Vehicle hire charges, fuel charges and driver batta.
  • Exclusions:
    • Permit, parking, toll & inter-state entry taxes are extra and it will be charged at actuals.
    • Extra kilometers or services beyond the mentioned itinerary will be charged additionally.
    • *Hotels & resorts must provide parking and toilet facilities for drivers. If unavailable, passengers must bear additional charges for nearby facilities.
  • Important Notes:
    • Vehicle & driver details will be shared 5 hours before arrival via SMS / E-mail / WhatsApp.
    • Opening & closing kilometers and hours will be calculated garage to garage.
    • Usage of AC during idle time (when the vehicle is not running) is restricted.
    • AC will be switched off on hilly roads/ghats, wherever applicable.
    • Any type of Alcohol and smoking inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
    • The trip sheet must be filled out by the customer; no disputes will be entertained later.
    • Sightseeing is subject to time availability. The company is not responsible for missed spots.
    • Missed sightseeing due to weather, political issues, or traffic conditions is non-refundable.
    • Rates are based on current fuel prices and interstate taxes as on date. If there is any steep increase in fuel prices, it will be charged extra in a prorated revision.
    • Kindly check the vehicle before releasing it. The company is not responsible for loss of bags/articles.
    • Drivers will not be forced to exceed the speed limit beyond the normal speed allowed by the Indian Motor Vehicles Act.
    • Vomiting on seats or floor will incur additional cleaning charges of Rs. 600 to Rs. 1,000, payable directly at nearby centers. Passengers are advised to carry plastic bags for emergencies.
    • Last-minute cancellations will be charged at 100% of the booking amount. In case of a no-show or discontinuation mid-trip, the full booking amount will still be charged.
